The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) just released updated Genetic/Familial High-Risk Assessment: Colorectal, Endometrial, Gastric Cancer guidelines on April 2nd, 2025 (Version 4.2024). In these updated guidelines, the discussion section has been updated starting on Page 74 of the PDF based on current guidelines.
