NCCN just released new Genetic/Familial High-Risk Assessment: Colorectal, Endometrial, Esophageal, and Gastric Cancer Guidelines (Version 1.2026) on June 16th, 2026!
For Lynch Syndrome-associated cancers, genetic testing recommended for:
- All colorectal and endometrial cancers
- All ovarian and pancreatic cancers (per NCCN BOPP guidelines)
For all other Lynch-associated cancers, tumor screening for MMR deficiency recommended regardless of age at diagnosis, including:
- sebaceous neoplasms
- small bowel
- biliary tract
- brain
- bladder/urothelial
- adrenocortical cancers
