 CDH1 and Stomach Cancer 

A recent study of women with hereditary lobular breast cancer due to CDH1 mutations found high rates of
undetected stomach cancer (with signet ring features). The findings suggested that among CDH1 carriers, there were
very high risks for stomach cancer, even when family history of stomach cancer was absent.
