NCCN (V1.2026): Lynch Syndrome Updates

NCCN just released new Genetic/Familial High-Risk Assessment: Colorectal, Endometrial, Esophageal, and Gastric Cancer Guidelines (Version 1.2026) on June 16th, 2026!

For Lynch Syndrome-associated cancers, genetic testing recommended for:

  • All colorectal and endometrial cancers
  • All ovarian and pancreatic cancers (per NCCN BOPP guidelines)

For all other Lynch-associated cancers, tumor screening for MMR deficiency recommended regardless of age at diagnosis, including:

  • sebaceous neoplasms
  • small bowel
  • biliary tract
  • brain
  • bladder/urothelial
  • adrenocortical cancers
