The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) released updated Genetic/Familial High-Risk Assessment: Colorectal, Endometrial, Gastric Cancer guidelines on June 13th, 2025 (Version 1.2025). Included in these new guidelines are updates to the MSH2 content.
