The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) released the new Genetic/Familial High-Risk Assessment Colorectal, Endometrial, and Gastric Cancer guidelines on August 8th, 2024. Updates include gynecologic risk and preventive surgery considerations for MLH1, MSH6, MSH2, and PMS2 carriers.
