On March 11th, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved olaparib (Lynparza) for the adjuvant treatment of BRCA1/2 carriers with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, high-risk early breast cancer who have been treated with neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy.
