NCCN CEG Guidelines (V1.2025): CDH1 Post

The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) released updated Genetic/Familial High-Risk Assessment: Colorectal, Endometrial, Gastric Cancer guidelines on June 13th, 2025 (Version 1.2025). Included in these new guidelines are updates to the CDH1 content as outlined below:

HGAST-A (Page 97)

  • Stomach: Now limited to diffuse in table & signet ring removed
    •Stomach (to age 80): Females: 24.7-33%; advanced cancer risk: 7%; Males: 37.2-42%; advanced cancer risk: 10%
  • Lobular breast (to age 80): 37-55%

HGAST-A (Page 97)

  • Footnote c added: If there are mucosal abnormalities, recommend a referral to an expert center for discussion of surgery.
