The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) released updated Genetic/Familial High-Risk Assessment: Breast, Ovarian, and Pancreatic Cancer guidelines on September 11th, 2024. An important update includes consideration of pancreatic cancer screening for ATM and BRCA2 carriers even in the absence of family history as outlined in PANC-A 1 of 2 (PAGE 52).
